Each project is individually treated. We follow the methodology below:
All needs identification
Before we begin technical work, it is crucial for us to understand the client's needs in order to fully meet their expectations.
- We collect all available information.
- We check existing sytuation.
- We conduct analytical workshops with the participation of our clients.
- Already at this stage we make sure that we understand the need correctly.

Detailed system design
The next important step is to visualize the ideas collected and show what the final effect should be. At this stage, the client can still verify their ideas.
- We prepare documentation of the analysis stage.
- We draw sample interfaces.
- We discuss and change the documentation to adapt it to the final arrangements.
- Once again, we make sure that we understand the need correctly.

Development and implementation
Only after a thorough analysis of the client's needs can we confidently begin programming and implementing the developed solutions.
- Developer creates the first version of the solution.
- The engineer prepares the environment.
- The analyst and project manager provide good information about the project status.

Support and development
A successful implementation is in fact the beginning of a journey. Our clients can count on our support both in maintaining the platform and in its further development.
- Just before go-live we train and prepare instructions and instructional videos.
